Sales Executive

Location:

Navi Mumbai

Experience:

1 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads from walk-ins, existing, and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs, verify credit details, and recommend suitable properties and investments.
  • Visit properties with the prospect and advise them on the suitability and value.
  • Market assigned properties, conduct site visits, and advise on value and suitability.
  • Handle client inquiries related to sales, maintenance, and complaints.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property closings and documentation.
  • Achieve sales targets and participate in property exhibitions and industry events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • Graduate
  • Relevant experience in Real Estate sales is a must.
  • Should have excellent Communication & interpersonal skills, client Relationship management, persuasion, goal achievement & negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local residential real estate market.

Experience:

2 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close business through Channel partners (CPs)
  • Identify new CPs and promote projects to them
  • Generate and qualify leads from walk-ins, existing, and prospective clients.
  • Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs
  • Take update from CPs on products and offerings
  • Ensure Project branding
  • Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market
  • Conduct CP meets and train / update them on project details
  • Capture weekend walk-in data
  • Manage client query
  • Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
  • Once a week visit to Vashi Head Office
  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulations and company policies.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • Graduate
  • Relevant experience in Real Estate sales is a must.

6 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end closing process, from contract to final settlement, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Manage client’s query Providing best possible solution to customer.
  • Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
  • Review, prepare, and organize critical documents (deeds, title reports, settlement statements, disclosures) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or roadblocks that could delay the closing.
  • Provide clear status updates and maintain a positive, seamless experience for all parties.
  • Manage, train, and motivate closing teams to maintain high performance.

  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies for marketing and promotion of various project for better branding, visibility, increase footfall.
  • Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Coordinate with external and internal team to get the desired results
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience.
  • Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages.
  • Deploy performance marketing, CPC / SM campaigns to achieve lead generation targets for each project.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
  • Engage with digital marketing agency to get desired result and review their performance technically
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing (Digital & Offline).
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing across channels, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign.
  • Open to travel for site visit
  • Must have hands-on in-depth technical knowledge of Google GDN, adwords, FB, social media campaigns and should be able to run them independently.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools & platforms.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
